5. GNSS+INS Receivers
Septentrio’s GNSS+INS receivers combine multi-frequency GNSS fused with an Inertial Navigation System (INS),and optionally vehicle speed, delivering reliable, uninterrupted positioning even in environments where GNSS signals are blocked or degraded (urban canyons, tunnels, dense foliage, ports, etc.).
Available as both rugged enclosed receivers and OEM boards, our GNSS+INS solutions integrate FUSE+ advanced sensor fusion technology, which offers:
• Extended positioning availability when GNSS is obstructed
• High-integrity positioning with cross-validated sensor inputs
• Orientation output: heading, pitch, and roll in addition to position
• Resilience to multipath effects and GNSS interference
• Flexible integration with additional sensors (IMU, vehicle velocity, LiDAR, cameras, etc.)
