Always-on high accuracy right out of the box
This product offers a unique approach to high-accuracy GNSS. AsteRx-m2 Sx provides hassle-free always-on positioning right out of the box. No need for any additional correction service selection, subscription and maintenance. This robust OEM receiver board delivers reliable sub-decimeter accuracy with short convergence time. This is made possible by an integration of a PPP-RTK high-accuracy correction service into Septentrio’s latest core GNSS technology.
- Always-on high accuracy, right out of the box
- Uniquely easy-to-use without the need for additional service subscriptions during a five-year period
- Short convergence time
- Sub-decimeter PPP-RTK service is available throughout US and Europe (see coverage maps for details). PPP-RTK is the latest generation of GNSS correction services, which uniquely combines near-RTK accuracy with quick initialization times.
- Advanced anti-jamming, anti-spoofing with AIM+ technology and advanced GNSS+ algorithms
- Industry-leading ultra-low power consumption and optimized SWaP
AsteRx-m2 Sx features Septentrio's AIM+ technology, the most advanced on-board anti-jamming technology on the market. It can suppress the widest variety of interferers, from simple continuous narrowband signals to the most complex wideband and pulsed jammers. RF interference can be caused by illegal devices called “jammers” or by neighboring electronics in tightly integrated systems. The radiofrequency (RF) spectrum can be viewed in real-time in both time and frequency domains and can help deducing interference sources.
AsteRx-m2 Sx provides RTK positioning at the lowest power consumption of any comparable device on the market. Its minimal SWaP (Size, Weight and Power) means longer operation on a single battery charge and better value in the field.
Top performance in challenging environments with GNSS+
Mechanical vibrations or shocks can wreak havoc with satellite tracking. LOCK+ automatically adjusts the parameters of the AsteRx-m2 Sx receiver so you never lose position.
Activity in the ionosphere is a problem for GNSS signals, from loss of RTK fix to total loss of signal lock. Having honed our skills, supporting applications in the most iono-active areas on Earth, the result is IONO+: the most advanced protection against ionospheric disturbances to GNSS signals on any receiver.
Metal and large nearby structures can reflect GNSS signals and produce multipath. The APME+ system effectively disentangles direct and reflected signals enhancing both position and measurement quality.
AsteRx-m2 Sx comes with fully documented interfaces, commands and data messages. The included GNSS receiver control and analysis software RxTools allows receiver configuration, monitoring as well as data logging and analysis.
Intuitive web user interface
With your high-precision GPS reference receiver comes an intuitive web user interface for easy operation and monitoring allowing you to control the receiver from any mobile device or computer. The web interface also uses easy-to-read quality indicators ideal to monitor the receiver operation during the job at hand.
