In the event of a product failure, fill in the request for support form on this website or contact the Septentrio Support team. They will give first-line support and will recommend whether it is needed to send back your device or not. - Read the Septentrio Warranty and Return Policy
If it turns out that it is recommendable to return your product for repair, please carefully read the Septentrio Warranty and Return policy. - Submit an RMA request
In order to get an RMA number, please fill out the RMA request form. Septentrio will provide you with an RMA number within 24 hours. Mark that RMA number clearly on the return package – it is a key for tracking your product during the repair process. - Arrange pick-up
Make sure the product is securely packed and shows the Septentrio RMA number on the box. Order a transport to collect your return. - Septentrio returns your repaired products
Septentrio will make all the effort needed to complete the repair within 15 business days after receipt of the returned product.
Notes:
A Return Material Authorization Number (RMA) will be given within 24 hours.
Mark clearly the RMA number on box of each returned product.
Do not return accessories (manual, cables, etc.) EXCEPT for Death On Arrival products.
No Failure Found returns will be subject to an administration fee of 350EUR.
SSN will not accept product that is improperly packaged, marked or physically damaged.
