Septentrio has released its latest advanced GNSS receiver, PolaRx2@ (PolaRx2 Attitude), a single-board dual-frequency OEM receiver that can be connected to up to 3 parallel antennas, paving the way for heading/attitude and other multi-antenna satellite navigation applications that were previously economically not feasible.

LOCOPROL selects Septentrio receiver

LOCOPROL, a European Commission funded project led by the Signalling system manufacturer ALSTOM to develop an innovative system for fail-safe, cost-effective satellite-based train protection, control and command, has selected the PolaRx2 receiver from Septentrio as the satellite navigation receiver for the project.

Septentrio demonstrates PolaRx2@, the latest version of its high-end OEM dual-frequency GNSS receiver platform PolaRx2 at GNSS2003 in Graz, Austria. The PolaRx2@ (PolaRx2 attitude) is a single board OEM receiver that can be connected to up to 3 antennas, and that will allow new attitude and other multi-antenna applications where these were previously not economically feasible.
